Customer Reviews

Top Class Very friendly - Jason Burt

Highly HIGHLY recommend to anyone wanting to explore the wine lands. The customer service was impeccable!! They were so willing to assist and did not feel "lost" or overwhelmed at any stage of this year experience. It is truly an amazing experience overall. Would do again!!! - Karla Roos

Franschhoek is so very special and so are its Tram lines. Do include them on your trip. The first stop for us on the Grey Route was Grand Provence. It was also my overall favourite. We all loved the outdoor sculptures and wandering through the gallery. What's more, the oysters and MCC pairing was divine. The Pinotage at Rickety Bridge was outstanding and the pizza's and wine pairings at Franschhoek Cellars were perfection. That said, all the farms we visited were amazing, as were their and the Tram's hard working staff. Thank you guys for a great day out. We will be back xx - Catherine Green

It was a fabulous experience. The staff were very friendly, the wine farms all very welcoming. It was a very cold and rainy day but we didn't get cold or wet. We definitely want to try the other lines in future. - Belinda Craig

We had a wonderful day hopping on and off the tram and busses on the grey line. The staff at all points were friendly and knowledgeable and the Vineyards were amazing. Thanks especially to Simon, on the tram, who helped us novices right at the start of our day. - Christine redshaw
