Customer Reviews

My family undertook the Red Route on 01 July - from start (at the office) to the drop off we were looked after magnificently. What a tour - great hosts, fantastic wines, lovely company from fellow guests, excellent banter and conversation. Really enjoyed the dining experience we had at Grande Provence but our favourite wines were Maison. The Franschhoek Wine Tram was one of our best experiences whilst in South Africa. - Paul Mellor

A great service run by excellent, friendly staff. A great way to see and taste the many wines of SA - Ian Hill

This was one of the most fantastic experiences I have had in South Africa. Our trip guide made it a whole lot memorable from the ticket office where he advised us on lunch options, all the way to the last stop. The idea of being in 3 different modes of transport in just a day was fun. We had a lovely mixed group and we eventually jelled very well. Special shout out to Phanuel for making our trip extra special. - Phumudzo

3rd time on the tram and a wonderful experience every time. Very well organised, great friendly staff. - Carol Ann Farrelly

We had a fantastic time! It is extremely well organised and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This should be on everyone's bucket list. - Michelle Bock
