Customer Reviews

Great experience! What a fantastic idea. All worked perfectly and the wine was fantastic. - David

Top experience! - Juergen

We had an absolutely fantastic day on the winetram. I would highly recommend a visit to Rickety Bridge who's staff were friendly and enthusiastic. A great experience! - Karen

We really did enjoy the whole day with the possibility to do several wine and pairing testing. It is a nice idea to have the tram and bus to visit a huge number of different wineries. We will come back in the future. Regards Gerhard - Gerhard

This is the ultimate tourist experience, even for those of us who are permanent residents of the Cape Winelands area. It is impeccably organised, and the tram and bus lines run like a German train schedule. It is refreshing to book a service like this that is so complicated and yet, on the day, you are not confused for one second as to where to go next or where you're supposed to be or what you are able to do. Everything is explained, everything is organised, and every bus and tram is on time and where they're supposed to be. The wine farms are beautiful and the stories are rich and interesting. The wine at most of the farms we visited was excellent and the pairings were fun, delicious, and interesting to boot. I am incredibly impressed and think it is well worth the expense. I highly recommend the Franschhoek Wine Tram, and as for the Blue Line, I was most impressed with La Bri, Rickety Bridge, and the sculpture garden at Grande Provence. Also, if you do happen to visit Mont Rochelle, do try the fried camembert with the spicy tomato relish - it is to die for. - Mika
