Customer Reviews

We absolutely loved it! what an amazing day out, beautiful views, the service and support from the Franschhoek Tram team. Can't wait to do it again - Alecia

First time in South Africa few days spent in wine region and trip on tram was great fun, visited 3 vineyards, was easy to navigate, runs to tight schedules, good value, well worth the trip - Diane

We had a great time on the Wine Tram blue line. It was a very hot day in early October and we travelled from the terminal to Rickety Bridge and then back to Grande Provence. The tram is fun and a great experience to include in a trip to Franschhoek. We didn't use the 'bus' element as we only wanted to visit a couple of estates. Those we did visit were very different and both good. The wine tasting and platter lunch at Rickety Bridge was very nice and good value, and the non-alcoholic pairings is a nice addition. Grande Provence is a more free range estate where you can simply wander about, look at the art/sculptures, and choose where you might want to sit for a tasting, food or just a glass of something. We saw people having a picnic lunch which looked fabulous so maybe next time we will book that! - Liz

Absolutely fantastic trip! Looking forward to doing it again! - Slabbert

Although there was road works on the day we travelled the blue line that impacted the available wineries we had a fantastic time. The whole experience was first class, very well organised, on time supported by great staff and service. - Glenn
