Should any such behaviour be exhibited the Franschhoek Wine Tram reserves its right to suspend or withdraw its services. All vehicles are fitted with CCTV and monitored throughout the service.

Customer Reviews

All very good, punctual, well organised with polite staff Vineyards visited were all excellent - Andrew

We enjoyed our day on the Wine Tram Red-Line in Franschhoek. Both the host and hostess on the tram and bus were very friendly and helpful. They were able to give good advice on which estates suited us. Unfortunately, they didn't know much about Eikehof, but this estate is definitely worth visiting. What was very nice, I think her name was Amanda, but I'm not sure, she saved us. We thought we had another hour at Haute Cabriere, which turned out not to be the case because it was Sunday. She came looking for us to make us aware that the last bus was leaving. We really appreciated that. The drivers of the tram, bus, and railway crossing were also very pleasant. - Caroline

Great day , red line was god . We did tram first which was efficient and fun then the tram which was equally as good . We will definitely come back and do another line - Jo

Thoroughly enjoyed the day. The wine tram was good fun and the vineyards we visited we enjoyed and received excellent service. Really enjoyed the visits to Grande Provence and Mont Rochelle - Colin

Had a wonderful moment. The team made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The tram is comfortable. However the bus might not be that comfortable to old aged people. Overall service was good. The landscape was incredible, with lush vineyards stretching out towards the mountains. I would gladly return and recommend to others. - Nundita
