Customer Reviews

Family of 5 adults spent the weekend in Franschhoek. Spent a day on the Franschhoek wine tram - RED line. Fantastic day out, super helpful staff, great wines and views were incredible! - Helen

A great experience! Creating an itinerary and understanding how to make the different connections between the tram and bus was very easy. On the day itself the staff were very friendly and helpful! - Bethany

A really nice and relaxing way to visit the wineries in the area. We started early and were welcomed on board with a complimentary wine tasting as we sped through the countryside . The timetable allows an hour at each location and that is normally sufficient to do a tasting and have a look around the site . Most sites have a superb food offering as well. The bus service iis linked to the tram arrival times which allows easy transistion between the two services. Overall an excellent experience. - Iain

Tram service was out of order on the day of our booking, however the bus tram was made available and 50% was refunded back to me. The efficiency of the tram/bus service is incredible - every bus/tram works smoothly. The teams are helpful, buses are on time and we loved every minute of it. Only concern is in summer, these buses are super hot as its open air and can get very uncomfortable. - Kimera

Perfect expirience. Good organisation and service! - Flurina
