Should any such behaviour be exhibited the Franschhoek Wine Tram reserves its right to suspend or withdraw its services. All vehicles are fitted with CCTV and monitored throughout the service.

Customer Reviews

Amazing experience! We had the opportunity to visit several wineries on the Red Line, where we could do tastings, admire colorful gardens, and enjoy the tranquility. Excellent organization of trams and buses that allow you to reach the wineries comfortably and safely. - Federico

Everything was great, the service from the team and they did not get tired of being asked questions also gave good advise Enjoyed my experience [?] - Nwabisa

Wonderful experience on the RED Line, the tram and bus experience had great atmosphere. I had experience the Orange Ljne before, both are very different. RED Line offers a shorter route; vineyards are quaint, staff were very friendly, welcoming and nice - full of energy and good spirit. Great visit for groups and it's has nice restaurants and good food, and of course wine we visited 80% of them and would recommend RED Line for first timers and day trips. - Katie

The best way to see the wine farms of Franschhoek. Well organised and staff are helpful and friendly. We went on the red line and managed to drop by a total of 6 winefarms. All at a very nice pace. Needless to say, everyone was happy and in a great mood after so many winefarm visits. The guide on board & driver were all very good. Our guide Asa was super. Definitely the way to go when in Franschhoek. - Choon

We had an amazing day on the wine tram, we thought the service of the staff on the tram and the buses was excellent in particular Reif on the bus, our interaction was wonderful and he provided great advice on our last 2 stops. Our only disappointment of the day was Franschhoek cellar. We were really looking forward to the wine tasting there but they would not let guests sit outside. It was a beautiful day and we didnt want to sit inside, it was not very accommodating and was very strange as they were happy to serve food and wine outside. I think for the benefit of your customers.it should be clear this is an indoor setting. - Suzanne
