GIFT VOUCHER ARE TO BE REDEEMED 5 DAYS PRIOR TO ACTIVITY DATE, as the seats are subject to availability. On-the-day bookings cannot be accommodated.
HOW TO REDEEM YOUR VOUCHER
Please visit our website www.winetram.co.za.
Click on the BOOK NOW button.
Select the Colour Line and click Book Now.
Add the number of Adult & Child tickets required, and select a tour date.
Then select an available timeslot.
Read through all the information and move forward with your booking.
Click on the Book Now button. This will redirect you to the checkout page.
Check that you agree with the information provided and enter your details.
Below the ‘Enter your details’ section you will notice the following:
“If you have a voucher, enter the code below.”
Enter the booking/voucher ID that was provided to you.
This number should have the following format:
Consisting of numbers and letters: xxxx-xxxx . Click submit code.
If the voucher code is valid the value of the voucher will be deducted from
your total in terms of payment. Click to agree to the Terms & Conditions.
Should your total exceed the vouchers’ value the system will require
additional payment to be made via credit/debit card before making the booking.
If further payment is required add your card details and press Book and Pay.
The system will now send you your booking confirmation.
Please take note that the voucher is only valid for the colour line it is booked as.
Should you wish to book on an alternative line, please contact our offices to
make the booking for you.

Please note all our tours are not wheelchair friendly as the vehicles are all safari-type vehicles. All clients travelling with us need to be mobile due to stairs in all vehicles as well as accessibility at the wine estates. This activity is very well organized. Everything is explained. On our blue line trek, we started at La Bri. We had a 3 chocolate pairing with three red wines. There was a good explanation of the wines and the chocolates that paired with each wine. Excellent value. We stopped next at Holden Manz where we had a quick lunch. The vegan burger was excellent. We also walked some of the grounds. We then changed to the tram to visit Rickety Bridge. There was a sample of a Sauvignon blanc on the tram and it was very good. We walked the grounds for about 45 minutes before catching the next tram to Grande Provence. When we looked online prior to the trip we saw that Grande Provence has exceptional grounds and that substantially influenced our decision to go with the Blue Line. No description did justice to the grounds. Besides all the beautiful flowers, there were sculptures everywhere and a "museum" that included paintings and other art. We spent more than an hour viewing the art and touring the grounds. We are very happy with the choice of both the wine tram and the Blue Line. For the people who are more oenophiles than we are, it is worth noting that many estates offer a discount on wine purchases to bearers of tram tickets. - Carl
