HOW TO REDEEM YOUR VOUCHER
Please visit our website www.winetram.co.za.
Click on the BOOK NOW button.
Select the Colour Line and click Book Now.
Add the number of Adult & Child tickets required, and select a tour date.
Then select an available timeslot.
Read through all the information and move forward with your booking.
Click on the Book Now button. This will redirect you to the checkout page.
Check that you agree with the information provided and enter your details.
Below the ‘Enter your details’ section you will notice the following:
“If you have a voucher, enter the code below.”
Enter the booking/voucher ID that was provided to you.
This number should have the following format:
Consisting of numbers and letters: xxxx-xxxx . Click submit code.
If the voucher code is valid the value of the voucher will be deducted from
your total in terms of payment. Click to agree to the Terms & Conditions.
Should your total exceed the vouchers’ value the system will require
additional payment to be made via credit/debit card before making the booking.
If further payment is required add your card details and press Book and Pay.
The system will now send you your booking confirmation.
Please take note that the voucher is only valid for the colour line it is booked as.
Should you wish to book on an alternative line, please contact our offices to
make the booking for you.

Please note all our tours are not wheelchair friendly as the vehicles are all safari-type vehicles. All clients travelling with us need to be mobile due to stairs in all vehicles as well as accessibility at the wine estates. ????? We had a wonderful experience on the Franschhoek Wine Tram and would definitely recommend it! A special thank you to Sasha, Demi, and Handrick, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They took such good care of us throughout the experience and really contributed to making our day memorable. Their warmth and professionalism are a real credit to the Wine Tram team. One suggestion I would love to make is for the Wine Tram to consider including the full Wine Tram and farm experience as part of staff orientation or training. Giving staff members the opportunity to experience the tram and visit the farms themselves would not only be an awesome experience for them, but could also give them an even better understanding of the journey from a guest's perspective. I think it would be a fantastic way for staff to personally experience the product they represent and share that enthusiasm with visitors. Best experience by far and fantastic service. I had my whole day planned to the minute and of course, it all went haywire and we didn't follow our own itinerary at all, but that was part of the fun. Our first stop was Holden Manz and this was my favourite wine farm in the whole of south africa. Incredible service, spectacular wines and beautiful location. We ended up spending most of the day here! A huge shout out to the fantastic wine tram team for looking after us and taking us on the tram back to our accommodation at Rickety Bridge.
