GIFT VOUCHER ARE TO BE REDEEMED 5 DAYS PRIOR TO ACTIVITY DATE, as the seats are subject to availability. On-the-day bookings cannot be accommodated.
HOW TO REDEEM YOUR VOUCHER
Please visit our website www.winetram.co.za.
Click on the BOOK NOW button.
Select the Colour Line and click Book Now.
Add the number of Adult & Child tickets required, and select a tour date.
Then select an available timeslot.
Read through all the information and move forward with your booking.
Click on the Book Now button. This will redirect you to the checkout page.
Check that you agree with the information provided and enter your details.
Below the ‘Enter your details’ section you will notice the following:
“If you have a voucher, enter the code below.”
Enter the booking/voucher ID that was provided to you.
This number should have the following format:
Consisting of numbers and letters: xxxx-xxxx . Click submit code.
If the voucher code is valid the value of the voucher will be deducted from
your total in terms of payment. Click to agree to the Terms & Conditions.
Should your total exceed the vouchers’ value the system will require
additional payment to be made via credit/debit card before making the booking.
If further payment is required add your card details and press Book and Pay.
The system will now send you your booking confirmation.
Please take note that the voucher is only valid for the colour line it is booked as.
Should you wish to book on an alternative line, please contact our offices to
make the booking for you.

Please note all our tours are not wheelchair friendly as the vehicles are all safari-type vehicles. All clients travelling with us need to be mobile due to stairs in all vehicles as well as accessibility at the wine estates. I booked the Wine Tram the day before we wanted to go. On looking through the timetable I found it rather confusing! On arrival we were greeted in the terminal and given our tickets. We sat and ha a coffee and a delicious toasted sandwich before setting off on the bus first. We visited 4 wine farms and all I can say is, it was AMAZING. The day ran like clockwork and was worth every penny. I would not hesitate to do it again on my next visit. 5 star experience. - Samantha

An incredible experience. The staff were wonderful and the whole bus / tram system so efficient. Very easy to collect tickets and all services on time. The bus first at 09:30 was empty so had the whole service to ourselves. The staff were great and helped explain each vineyard and the timings. Highly recommend for anyone in the region - Jake
The combines bus and tram tour is a great opportunity to visit multiple wineries. The service works absolutely on schedule. The tram is a special experience, but the bus takes you to the wineris in the vicinity or outskirts of Franschhoek with beautiful view aross the valley.. Highly recommendable! - Harald
