GIFT VOUCHER ARE TO BE REDEEMED 5 DAYS PRIOR TO ACTIVITY DATE, as the seats are subject to availability. On-the-day bookings cannot be accommodated.
HOW TO REDEEM YOUR VOUCHER
Please visit our website www.winetram.co.za.
Click on the BOOK NOW button.
Select the Colour Line and click Book Now.
Add the number of Adult & Child tickets required, and select a tour date.
Then select an available timeslot.
Read through all the information and move forward with your booking.
Click on the Book Now button. This will redirect you to the checkout page.
Check that you agree with the information provided and enter your details.
Below the ‘Enter your details’ section you will notice the following:
“If you have a voucher, enter the code below.”
Enter the booking/voucher ID that was provided to you.
This number should have the following format:
Consisting of numbers and letters: xxxx-xxxx . Click submit code.
If the voucher code is valid the value of the voucher will be deducted from
your total in terms of payment. Click to agree to the Terms & Conditions.
Should your total exceed the vouchers’ value the system will require
additional payment to be made via credit/debit card before making the booking.
If further payment is required add your card details and press Book and Pay.
The system will now send you your booking confirmation.
Please take note that the voucher is only valid for the colour line it is booked as.
Should you wish to book on an alternative line, please contact our offices to
make the booking for you.

Please note all our tours are not wheelchair friendly as the vehicles are all safari-type vehicles. All clients travelling with us need to be mobile due to stairs in all vehicles as well as accessibility at the wine estates. One of the most enjoyable experiences of our overall South Africa tour. Everything was well organised, timings ran like clockwork and the staff were all amazing. The wines tastings across Rickety Bridge, Grand Provence, Mont Rochelle and Haute Cabriere were all fantastic and unique in their own way. Great way to explore the many wineries in the Franschhoek area. We did the tram first then the bus in the afternoon and everything ran to time. All the wineries are set up to host you within the tram schedule - Fiona

We had a great day, the weather was amazing to match the wine!! It was very well organised and started of with a little tasing of a white chenin blanc whilst we were in our way to the first vineyard which was Rickety Bridge. One of our party has bad knees so I was a bit worried but there was always someone there to take you from the station to the vineyard which was great so minimal walking for those with mobility issues. Rickety Bridge was lovely although the reds were a bit to light for us. We did the tram first and the bus second which suited us ending at Mont Rochelle which had beautiful views across to the mountains. I'd say it's a must for any wine lover visiting franscheok and I'm sure all of the lines are equally as good. - Jane
