GIFT VOUCHER ARE TO BE REDEEMED 5 DAYS PRIOR TO ACTIVITY DATE, as the seats are subject to availability. On-the-day bookings cannot be accommodated.
HOW TO REDEEM YOUR VOUCHER
Please visit our website www.winetram.co.za.
Click on the BOOK NOW button.
Select the Colour Line and click Book Now.
Add the number of Adult & Child tickets required, and select a tour date.
Then select an available timeslot.
Read through all the information and move forward with your booking.
Click on the Book Now button. This will redirect you to the checkout page.
Check that you agree with the information provided and enter your details.
Below the ‘Enter your details’ section you will notice the following:
“If you have a voucher, enter the code below.”
Enter the booking/voucher ID that was provided to you.
This number should have the following format:
Consisting of numbers and letters: xxxx-xxxx . Click submit code.
If the voucher code is valid the value of the voucher will be deducted from
your total in terms of payment. Click to agree to the Terms & Conditions.
Should your total exceed the vouchers’ value the system will require
additional payment to be made via credit/debit card before making the booking.
If further payment is required add your card details and press Book and Pay.
The system will now send you your booking confirmation.
Please take note that the voucher is only valid for the colour line it is booked as.
Should you wish to book on an alternative line, please contact our offices to
make the booking for you.

Good day, This was quite a good experience for my first attempt. The onboard staff were very friendly and professional, always ensuring that the passengers are welcome and have good information about the trip & wine farms. At the main starting point there was some mixup with my booking times, which was resolved, but the staff could have handled it better as I was very confused & unsure about the options. Fantastic!! This was our sixth time on the wine tram and it never fails to disappoint. It was a very busy day but as usual everything ran like clockwork. We chose the green line this time and started at Groot Drakenstein. We didn't ride on the tram this time but took the tram bus and visited four lovely wine estates. We came back the next day for the orange line!! - Christel

We originally booked the Pink Line but unfortunately missed our scheduled reservation date. The customer service team was incredible---they accommodated us and rescheduled our booking for the Green Line the very next day without any hesitation. The experience itself was wonderful. The staff and conductors on board the tram and tram-buses were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Since we were traveling with our young child, the team went out of their way to recommend the most family- and kid-friendly wine estates along the route. Their suggestions made our day completely stress-free, relaxed, and enjoyable for both us and our little one. Beautiful scenery, smooth logistics, and five-star hospitality. Sehr schoner Ausflugsort - grandiose Aussicht - sehr schone Weinguter mit uberragendem vine-tasting und Essen zu gunstigen Preisen und guter Qualitat. Ein muss ist die Fahrt mit der Doppeldeckerstrassenbahn. Beim nachsten Kapstadturlaub werden wir es nochmals machen, dann mit anderen Weingutern. Denn mehr als 3 packt man nicht, da es an den einzelnen Orten so schon ist. - Jürgen
