Franschhoek Wine Tram reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing and products due to changing market conditions and circumstances out of our control.
• Minimum booking pax – 4 guests
• Subject to availability, the tour starts and ends at the Franschhoek Terminal, located on the corner of Main Road and Cabriere Street, Franschhoek.
• The tour is pre-arranged to a set itinerary by Franschhoek Wine Tram.
• This experience can host up to 9 guests. (Larger groups can be accommodated upon request and subject to availability.)
• An optional transfer from Cape Town can be added during the booking process. (please note additional fees apply and bookings need to be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance).
• Wheelchair accessibility: Please note that the full experience will not be accessible during the tour.

The tour is strictly a wine-tasting experience and does not host celebration events such as birthdays or bachelor/bachelorette parties as the estates visited are primarily wine-tasting venues and not party venues. In order to properly exercise their duties, the Franschhoek Wine Tram staff members place a legitimate expectation on all guests not to behave in an unacceptably loud, disruptive, offensive, or intoxicated manner. Should any such behaviour be exhibited the Franschhoek Wine Tram reserves its right to suspend or withdraw its services. All vehicles are fitted with CCTV and monitored throughout the service.

CANCELLATION POLICY (All services including chauffeur/transfer services):
24 hours + = 100% REFUND
Less than 24 hours before scheduled TIME SLOT = No Refund

Tickets are to be collected on the day of your tour. Please be at the Ticket Office +/-20 minutes prior to your departure time.

Please take note that pets are not permitted on the tour.
