Customer Reviews

Your staff are so fantastic - they are friendly and fun and as it was my birthday they really made me feel special by singing to me. The Tram is an incredible experience and although you had a break down - your staff were so organized and smoothed everything over by making a plan - we were all so impressed with the way the entire day was managed. Well done to your efficient and thoughtful staff. We will be back! Thank you - Moira Mirtle

A must do activity when staying in the winelands ! We pre-booked the winetram as part of our 2 week fly -drive tour of South Africa. We were staying 2 nights at La Petite Ferme Franschhoek, so we were perfectly located to get to the tram. For the winter season , only 2 lines route were operating ( Orange and Purple) , and we decided on the Orange line! It is a great set up , where we were firstly taken by bus to the start point of tour. The whole set up in fantastically organised and we had the opportunity to visit and do tastings at 5 wine estates, one of which we stopped longer at to have a light lunch. The tasting were all professionally conducted and each estate provided you with a 2 -3 tasting options ( standard , premium etc) to fit one’s budget and wine interest- each tasting covered 4 -5 wines. There was always an option to buy some of the wines and some of the estates offered discounts plus information about distributors who could ship globally at good prices! All in all it was a fantastic day spent in a stunning area of South Africa and I would certainly highly recommend this without reservation! - Malcolm Truman

My husband and I were really impressed with the staff and their organisation and efficiency. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience on the wine tram. Thank you for a great day exploring beautiful Franschhoek. - Amy Dillon
